Terms and Conditions

Course fees are non-refundable. Failure to show for a scheduled course will result in loss of course fees. Participants may transfer to a future course; however a $25.00 change fee will apply.

Recertification Policy

To qualify for re-certification, participants must hold current /non-expired certification. Certification periods remain valid as follows:

• 1 year to the day for Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 3 years to the day for all other certification programs

Upon expiry, full-length training becomes compulsory.  At time of registration, participants will be prompted to show proof of non-expired certification.  Recertification cards will be withheld pending the appropriate prerequisite being shown.
